At Mid Fin Co, we’re as stoked to get your gear to you as you are to use it! Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

 

1. Shipping Destinations

We proudly ship worldwide! Wherever you are — from local breaks to far-flung surf spots — we’ll do our best to get your order to your doorstep.

 

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. You’ll get a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

 

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and chosen shipping method. Typical delivery times are:

  • Domestic (U.S.) Orders: 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs delays, or shipping carrier issues.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.


5. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure your order arrives safely.


6. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges levied by your country’s government. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

 

7. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Mid Fin Co is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses. If your package is returned to us because of an address issue, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at info@midfinco.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
