    Return Window: Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

    Condition of Items: Returned items must be in new, unused condition, and include all original packaging and accessories. Used items cannot be returned.

    Return Process: Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. We will provide you with instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

    Non-Returnable Items: Please note that certain items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

  • My fin doesn't sit all the way flush in the fin box? Is there something wrong with it?

    NO! While it's not a matter of blaming your board, it's worth noting that certain boards can have tight fits, especially after glassing. We've encountered instances where the same fin fits perfectly in one board but not in another. If your fin feels a tad snug, a quick fix is to use some sandpaper to gently adjust the fit for a custom finish. Since each of our fins is handcrafted, slight variations are normal. A bit of sanding should ensure your fin fits just right! If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to our support team.

  • How many fins are in each limited edition?

    Our availability varies based on partner preferences, demand, and material availability. While some fins may go on back order and become available again in additional drops, others may only be stocked once. We always suggest seizing the opportunity to grab your favorites while they're available.
